That is the correct equation of one line. y = -(6+2sqrt(5)) There is another similar line as the question asks for.
Your P point was incorrect for an obvious typo resason.

Its not that, just with understanding the sketch there is an obvious symmetry in the solution about -6, which corresponds to the height of the triangle. Once you have that, its gcse pythagoras.
