Looking for any current/former students from UCL's MSc in Clinical Neuroscience

I am applying for this program, and I have some questions about the content/syllabus to make sure that my application aligns with the material covered in the program. I would love to speak to someone who's been through this application process! I would also be happy to hear from anyone from similar programs, e.g. the PhD or the specialist courses in Strokes, etc. Thank you in advance
Update to anyone who sees this in the future: I got in!! I am thrilled

I'm happy to provide help or advice about the application process to future students applying to this course.

Hi, I'm applying for Cognitive Neuroscience (a bit different I know so if you can't answer my questions it's fine) and I wanted to know:

1. If you've completed your undergrad what's your final grade? Or if you haven't what did you achieve in 2nd year? (just a bit nervous because my 2nd year grades are a high 2:2 and I'm afraid they're not enough but I don't have my marks back from some of my 3rd year mods)

2. How long did it take to hear back after your references were submitted?

3. Do you think Cognitive as competitive as Clinical?

Hiya!

1. My final grade is a 1st (I am in Canada so it's a 3.99/4.00 which translates to a 1st). I graduated a few months ago. Is there a strict limit for your program? I do know someone who made it onto the Clinical Neuro course with a low 2:1, but I'm not sure if that would translate to the Cognitive Neuro course. Study hard and try to raise your grades as much as you can

2. I heard back with an unconditional offer 2.5 weeks after my references were submitted. There was no interview. I was shocked at how quickly the process moved!

3. I'm not too sure on the relative competitiveness, but I know that they are both competitive and would encourage you to apply as soon as possible in order to have the best chance as UCL does applications in a rolling fashion (first come, first serve). According to an FOI request I saw from last cycle, there were 215 applicants to the MSc in Cognitive Neuro and 50 offers made (~23% rate of acceptance). Not sure how many applicants there are this year, though.

Best of luck and let me know if you have any further questions!
