I'm only onto my second module with the OU, but I've not experienced only 1 tutorial. Mine have multiple tutorials.
That seems quite strange, have you tried emailing your tutor to enquire about it?
I don't know anything about S111 so maybe it's normal for that module, but I'd still query it if I were you.
