Practise, practise, practise. Asides the theory, there are not many other ways to revise.
See this: https://resources.eduqas.co.uk/Pages/ResourceByArgs.aspx?subId=21&lvlId=2
And, more importantly, this: https://resources.eduqas.co.uk/Pages/ResourceSingle.aspx?rIid=1508
These links are good to practise theory but, asides that, use an instrument.
Make sure for when youre practicing your instrument play infront of others or even record yourself so you can see your mistakes and play under pressure, if you practice infront of an audience the performance will become easier, ensure you focus on the areas you need to work on. For the theory practice listening questions, do past papers theyre really easy to find just go onto the eduquas website and find questions. Try them under timed conditions and dont cheat!! tempting i know, the more you familiarise yourself with unseen listening the more comfortable you will become. But make sure you are asking your teachers for help and advice cause thats what theyre there for so use them!!! good luck
