vacant room for tenancy takeover

Hi,

I plan on withdrawing from University of Lincoln at the end of the first term and will not be returning so I am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy until the end of my contract(13/08/23). The room will be available from January 1st 2023

The current payment plan is roughly £170 a week for 8 months(January-August)

Please note that this is only available for students at the University of Lincoln. If you are interested, please let me know as soon as possible and it can be organised.
