University of Manchester, Architecture: Conditional Offer

I received a conditional offer from University of Manchester previously this year for a 5 in English Literature HL (IB). This past week, it changed to a condition of 7. I am interested in knowing if this is a mistake or if there is a particular reason for this before sending an e-mail to the admissions team directly. I applied with a predicted grade 6 and have never heard of a condition being higher than the predicted. Does anyone know about this or have a similar experience?
