Access to Leeds help

Access to leeds eligibility states that you cannot have done an access or foundation year to be eligible but I'm in a grey area. I am currently in year 1 at university and am planning on going to another university in September, preferably Leeds. I've applied through ucas and hold offers for several uni's. I would like an offer through A2L though as its my preferred choice but wasn't sure if I withdraw from my course now/ tomorrow/ soon, would I be classed as having university experience and therefore void eligibility? I haven't recieved an offer from Leeds yet, im just waiting on them however they have emailed me asking for details about my current course before they consider my application. They are enquiring about end date etc.. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
