MRES Biotechnology in UK, is it worth it (international student)?

I was offered MRES Biotechnology in NTU, UK and Nutrition, Physical Exercise and Public Health at University of Bristol for Sept. 2023. I have a background in Microbiology (BSc) and Medical microbiology and public health ( Masters) in Nigeria.

Plz, which of the two courses above do you think will provide an easy entrance for me to get a good paying job in UK?
Which of the NTU and Bristol university has a stronger graduate employability?

which of the NTU or Bristol university is a better school for graduate study for international student?

I love public health at the same time, I have strong passion for biotechnology.
