Deferred Entry, Clearing 2023
Last year, I deferred my offer to a uni until September 2023. It wasn’t my first choice uni, so I thought I’d give clearing a try this year just in case I get any other offer. I have my 2022 application only, so will I need to create a 2023 application on UCAS to apply for clearing this year? What steps will I need to take?

You need to contact your deferred university a d ask them to withdraw your deferred application.
Then submit a new 2023 ucas application asap. There’s no need to wait until clearing - you can apply now to 5 choices still.
