I deferred for a year, how do I accept my offer
After deferring my place at university in 2023 to take a gap year, I am now ready to accept my offer to start studying in 2024, but how do I do this? The option to accept is no longer available on the UCAS website, despite having received emails from the university confirming their offer to me. I have emailed the University to tell them I wish to accept. Is this the right decision, and is there more that I should do to get my message across? Thanks.
If you applied in the 2023 cycle then your deadline to accept offers (even for deferred entry) was in June 2023.
Does your UCAS Hub say that you are "Placed" or something else?
If you missed the deadline then you will need to create a new 2024 cycle application and reapply to your university and hope that they'll honour their previous offer
