She wants to "talk it out" with her BF. Should I be concerned?

A little context :

We've known eachother for well over 7 years now. We've had a fling for about 5 of those years. Kind of off and on, because we got into separate relationships, then got together, then got into new relationships.

I guess we never made anything official because of the distance, which has since gone.

Anyway, we've see eachother two days ago, when we were out with someone mutual friends. I had no idea she was here.

No alcohol or drugs involved, we kind of gravitate towards eachother. We spoke, and spoke and spoke, until it was time we all left.

Personally, the spark between us has never left, and I told her it was lovely to get to see her again and wished her luck.

We kind of stood there for a few minutes, not a word, just looking at eachother.

I got a voicemail from her the following day, and she said that it felt kind of strange. She says she has a boyfriend she's been with for the last few months (3 apparently).

She feels like she needs to talk to him about things.

I don't really know what to reply. Should

if she says, 'Aren't you interested/going to ask me what about?
