Girl wants him as a bf?

A girl liked her a male friend who was her ex bf close friend.

However, he rejected her- she deletes pics on her Instagram. Though they remained friends and she still kept trying to touch him and be physically close with him. From 119 pics, it goes down to 96.

He returns from her home country after helping her move back and she again asks him to be her bf and he refuses- she deletes pics and it goes down to 80 pics.

Then he was online a few times after Monday and suddenly stops coming online much, only 2 or 1 times a day and she deletes more pics and it goes down to 60 pics.

He has stopped coming online since yesterday.

That he's not online much and she's tidying up her social media.

But why would he go to visit her in her home country or help her move?

You don't have to ge 'into' someone to be a decent, friendly human being..

Would you go and help someone for 1 or 2 weeks?

I love how this whole saga appears to centre around the gradual deletion of photos on Instagram. Who are these photos of, the guy she likes? Why is it significant? Maybe the girl should consider that relying so much on the politics of Instagram to somehow convey a deep and meaningful message is pretty childish.

He has rejected this ‘girl’ more than once which is the clearest sign possible that he is not interested in her romantically. Otherwise he would have accepted, it’s that simple. Even if he helped you move, if he’s clearly not interested in you romantically it’s just a sign that he’s a decent person and wants to help out a good friend.

If you are still persevering, you are now disrespecting his boundaries and that is why he is avoiding you, particularly considering you keep trying to ‘touch’ him which is unwanted physical contact. Respectfully, you need to move on and focus on other prospects, otherwise you will lose him as a friend as well.

But he never said he didn't want her to touch? She would touch his hair and he said nothing?
Simple answer really: No means no.

That should be respected.

He rejected her. Twice. That's no. End of story.

He rejected her but would still lead her on. , let her touch him, meet her and her friends?
Don't mind me, just quoting myself from elsewhere

you have to ask yourself whether to continue to fixate on him, or just crack on.

As with all these threads, the answer is to ask him. If you’re not talking to him, then it doesn’t matter, beyond him living in your head rent free.

If you have bad anxiety then fixating on whether people haven/haven't looked at your posts/stories/pics on socials is a recipe for disaster. Especially so if you then ask strangers to guess the possible reason why.

Sounds like digging for reasons to latch on instead of doing the grown up thing and moving on tbh. Not worth pursuing.

Because friends.. Help friends? Doesn't mean he wants to date you at all.. It's just delusion at this point.

I dont get how annoying all these other posters are, why dont they simply tell you want to hear and be done with it. You might get better results finding a small cupboard or a nearby cave and waiting for your own echo, be quicker and give you the exact response you want.
