KP how to improve better

Hi I’ve been KP for a while now and I’ve been given reports that’s shows my performance has been shown that I have been lack of improvements which I try my 100% at and I m just wondering how do I show much more improvement like vacuum cleaning the pub floor to its highest slandered finishing earlier and on time. Ensuring that cutlery is washed to highest standard so that there is still know food stains on it.

I know that it’s washing dishes and ensuring your cleaning area is all nice and tidy and just hoping if any off you Kitchen Porters out there can give me some tips and techniques that will show other employees that show I have improved much quicker. Just wondered if you any of you with much more experience can give me some techniques and advice which would be much more helpful.
