Is my bf trying to put me down?
So the other day - me and my boyfriend and his friends were getting ready to go to the club. A club where girls will dress up and look nice. I did my makeup nice and put on a dress (which is normal clubbing round my way). My boyfriend walked in the room and instead of saying I look nice he said “we’re only going to ….” So then I put on a pair of jeans and made the dress in to a top. Then when I got there loads were wearing dresses and I wished I left it.
I feel like I used to be confident and wear what I want but he makes these comments and makes me feel stupid and question myself.
