Edexcel exams

Since there’s a “surname” and “other names” box, do you write both your first and second name in the surname box? Or do you just put say for example John Smith.. would you put ‘John’ in the surname box and ‘Smith’ in the other names section?

In the other name box, you put your first name and any middle names you have (e.g. John), and in the surname box you put your second name (e.g. Smith)
