Study Leave

So as we are doing our actual GCSE's my school are being unreasonable by giving certain people study leave and others having to come into school. I think everyone should be given the same opportunity considering me personally doesn't revise very well at school in big class groups and it just makes me more stressed being there apart from doing exams. Is there a form my mum could fill out to apply for study leave?
