For medicine is it not Year 12 though? That's where I'm slightly confused.
No applications open in September year 13 and usually the deadline is January however for Oxbridge, Medicine and some other courses there is an earlier deadline in October.
UCAS deadlines 2023 entry
15 October 2022 - Deadline for applications to Oxford and Cambridge universities and for most medicine, veterinary, and dentistry courses.
25 January 2023 - Deadline for most other undergraduate university applications.
