how to structure the evaluate question on language paper 1

Does anyone have any tips or methods on how to tackle the evaluation question on edexcel English language paper 1. Currently struggling with how to layout my answer. Any advice would be appreciated.

Initially however ultimately.

1) initially allows you to tackle the source from the beginning of the allocated area.

2) however allows you to present an alternate view and proceed in order

3) ultimately allows you to make a critical judgement about the end, which is the most important part of any text.
