How do you fix a messed up screen?

I dropped my phone and now part of the screen is green with colored lines. And it won’t disappear after restarting my phone.

Hi you will have to get that screen replaced this happens to lots of people they get the lines and they don't go until you replace the screen also it normally happens to iPhones
