Step up to Social work

I applied for the SUTSW course and passed the first stages. I now have a an hours written assessment and a full day with role play etc.
My written assessment is on Wednesday and as of yet I've had no information about it. I've had a Google but not very much is online about what to expect etc.
Please can anyone give any hints or tips about what to expect. I can write in English but I've been out of education for over 20years so it's not perhaps to the academic standards they are requiring with regards to punctuation and so fourth as I'm so used to writing casual emails and texts.
