Social Work work experience under 18

I am currently nearing the end of Year 12 and aspire to be a social worker. During the last week of the school year, we have citizenship week and our school is letting Year 12's to do work experience rather than in-school activities.
However, I have been unable to find any relevant work experience for the field I want to go in as much of it is confidential or they require me to be over 18.
Also, I have asked and I'm not able to volunteer instead, they require me to do work experience (which is so stupid imo)
If anyone can help me about here, I live in Swale so if anyone might know of some opportunities here or any other advice that could be helpful. Thank you
