Do queens university Belfast accept Btec?

I am doing level 3 Pearson Btec nationals children’s play and learning development for an a-level and wondering if I can get into children’s nursing with it along with my two other a-levels that are non-Btec.

I presume you are looking at BSc Professional Nursing (Children and Young People). If so, the following page is their entry requirements:
https://www.qub.ac.uk/courses/undergraduate/professional-nursing-children-young-people-bsc-b730/#entry
From the list of certificates, they accept BTEC Extended Diplomas, National Diplomas, and National Certificates (in other words, yes, irrespective of what type of BTEC you're doing).

Just to do a quick to check on the Midwifery and Nursing Council to see if the above degree is qualified for getting you into nursing in the UK:
https://www.nmc.org.uk/education/approved-programmes/
Apparently, it does, so you should be fine if you get the grades and meet all the other entry requirements.

Good luck
