Pre-settled residency rule

Hey,

As an EU student with pre-settled status, I currently get the maintenance loan as a migrant worker.

However, I will have exactly 3 years of residing in the UK before my 3rd year of university.

Is it possible to then quit my job and still receive the maintenance loan as I will then be ticking another criteria box?
