Not actually answering your question but I am in a similar position myself. I have a PhD, have worked in defence industry for several years and have a long term plan to start my own consulting business. I am strongly considering Imperial Weekend MBA as it seems it is the only highly ranking part time MBA (not EMBA). Would also consider a full time MBA if I got an offer from one of the top universities.
Have you made any decisions as to which MBA would suit you best? It seems I am in similar position with similar background.
