Paracetamol or mabye ibuprofen is basically all i can reccomend sadly. The other reccomendation i have is to buy one of those numbing creams. Im assuming you recently got your braces, and ate something hard causing your wire to bend. Thats a canon event for wearing braces lol. All i can say is the pain should eventually go away and all you can really do is firm it. If its REALLY bad, ring your orthodontist.
