Predicted grades for GCSE's being retaken alongside A-Levels? Not really, they'll just make your offer conditional on achieving the required grades.
If you mean your actual GCSE predictions, then no. Uni's only see predictions for subjects that are pending at the time you apply. Not from years earlier.
Only when you can’t sit the actual exams for some reason, they then use your predicted grades. They only do this in extreme circumstances.
