Investment banking

Many say you do not need a degree in economics to get into investment banking. With that in mind, could one land a job with business management degree?

Is it better to get into Kings College (RG) which currently ranks number 2 in Business & Management course with its close proximity to the city banks or do a degree in a non RG university which does not require A level Maths to do Finance but may be outside of London?
i think business & management would be fine for a career in finance if the course has finance modules. king's being in london would be ideal for internships, jobs, etc in finance.

simply being in London will make it much easier for you to attend networking events and get internships/spring weeks.
