Liverpool Computer Account

I've recieved my offer and got an email with a student ID number and instructions to activate my Liverpool computing account but when I put all of my info in it just said Error: No people record exists for these details. What have I done wrong? All the info is correct. Any help is much appreciated.

here is not the place to ask, especially if the only thing we know is you did everything correctly and computer said no

either double check what the instructions say and reenter your details carefully, wait until tomorrow (some things take time), or speak to the university
