This really depends on so many factors, and a lot of this depends on context. A £30k salary for example would afford you 2-3 houses in northern parts of Scotland, but you would either end up renting a room or getting council/social housing in the middle of London. Likewise, a £30k salary can afford you an OK living in most areas of the UK, but you can easily live like a king in Romania.

I can offer you information regarding jobs in London, but I don't know enough about Istanbul to comment.
I also cannot comment of what job is a good fit for you because suitability for a role would depend on more than what you have studied e.g. personality, skills, experience, etc.

For general information for jobs in the UK, you would be looking at the following websites:
https://www.careerpilot.org.uk/job-sectors/sectors
https://nationalcareers.service.gov.uk/explore-careers
As you're for Tanzania, I don't know whether you would be eligible for the apprenticeships, but you often can take the professional qualifications if your A Levels are suitable (since you have Maths, you should be eligible for many of the quantitative qualifications).
Note: you can often be eligible for a number of careers despite the degree that you did because most jobs don't require a specific degree. Those that do tend to be for some roles in education, barrister (law), healthcare, academia. Whether you can get the job would depend on a list of factors, and your degree is only a small part of it.

If you're asking what degrees you can do with your A Levels, you would be eligible for the following subjects at UK universities:

Maths

Geography

Geology

Economics (not because of your Economics A Level)

Computer science and software engineering

A number of life science degree where they consider maths and geography as sciences

Finance, financial mathematics/engineering, and actuarial science

A degree that asks for A Levels in any 3 subjects

Degrees that accept any random A Levels include:

Anything in business expect for financial mathematics and actuarial science (for obvious reasons)

Law

Anthropology

Archaeology

Sociology and criminology

Most psychology degrees

Some degrees in creative writing and English literature

Nonquantiative economics degrees

Education

Theology

Politics

Philosophy

Agriculture

Some art and design degrees, including architecture

Some geography degrees (usually ones with emphasis on human geography)

Film

Game design

Hospitality

Property and urban planning

Journalism

Media studies

Nursing

Paramedic science

Social work

The most high paying jobs or roles tend to be in:

Sales oriented roles

Front office in finance (sales oriented)

Roles that involve in demand expertise

Roles that involve a lot of varied and specialised experience

Roles that involve a lot of risk or responsibilities

CEO and senior management

As you can see, the roles where you can earn a high salary generally tend to either involve a lot of people skills, risk/responsibilities, or expertise. These are not easy to find and there is usually a lot of competition involved. They also tend to go beyond what degree you have done.
Where possible, you might want to focus on roles where you would be happier doing than for work that would pay more.
