Hello,
If I install a game and finish it shall I delete it or keep it?
And also can you replay single-player story mode video games?
Can I keep them?
or shall I delete them?

It’s up to you if you wanna delete it or keep it - you can always re-download the game in the future if you want it again.

Some games you can replay but it usually deletes your old play through - so some people just make new accounts and play through it again (usually free games) so they can keep old saves

It depends on the game i guess - if they have different profiles/game saves
