Durham Uni Enrolment - can’t enrol??
Anyone know how long it takes to get student ID photo verified once it’s been uploaded so I can complete enrolment? I’ve waited several days - is this normal? It’s coming up with enrolment confirmation complete error because of the photo at the moment when I try to finish enrolment

Hi there
How many days have you waited for? I'd say give it about 7 working days so that excludes the bank holiday weekend. If it doesn't get verified by the end of this week, get in touch with the CIS department- their contact details are here.
