Hey! Has anyone’s teachers told them what the NEA1 task is for this year. It is released on the 1st of September every year but my teacher hasn’t said anything yet. I just want to get a head start.

No! not yet. My first lesson this year is on Tuesday - still got 4 days to go… she wasted over 10 days for us!

My teacher finally gave us the briefs. there are three you can choose from - bread, biscuits, and vegetables

Was the brief on biscuits about how sugar affects biscuits?
no the brief was on the functional and chemical properties of ingredients used in making biscuits. this can include sugar, but doesn't limit to sugar
