Can you do the GDL or equivalent if you have a master’s degree?

Can you do the GDL or equivalent if you have a master’s degree? I know you won’t be eligible for postgrad funding but would you still be able to do the PGDL or equivalent?

Yes you can study the qualification, but it's not a qualification you get student finance for. Even if it is, you have a higher qualification (i.e. your master's) so you won't be eligible for funding under the ELQ policy.
