A level law

I’m so stressed! I revised my butt off for my mocks and got a C I want to be predicted an A so I still have a chance with my other mock in September. Does anyone have any model answers I could have a look at? In any area but if it’s negligence I would be so so so grateful!!! I’m doing AQA if it helps I would really really appreciate it!

Negligence is under the ‘Tort’ module
I used https://www.revisely.com/alevel/law/aqa/notes/tort/negligence for knowledge
I cannot find model answers but see for exam technique

Thank you so much this is extremely helpful, I was also confused because my teacher says not to use the caparo test but use the Robinson one instead, but every revision source uses the caparo test, am I best of just learning that?
