Help! My brothers girlfriend’s muffins are poisonous
I rage ate a box of her muffins. They tasted weird, cloying but I was hangry. Now I cannot stop focusing on my breathing, my heart rate is fast and I worry she’s going to call the police to report the theft. My body feels odd. What do I do?

I'm talking from experience and it led to 17 years of mental health troubles.
1. They could've been weed/cannabis muffins that you weren't supposed to have
2. Maybe she put something in them because you might've stolen one of her bakes before?
