UCAS grad medicine course question

Hi,

I am trying to apply to graduate medicine course (A101) to both Oxford and Cambridge.
This is allowed for this particular course, yet UCAS does not let me submit my application to both universities.

What should I do?
Thanks

Do you currently have a degree, or in your final year of getting a degree?

I think you can for GEM

Is UCAS Track savvy enough to know that you’re applying for GEM and let you do this though?

Thanks a lot! I thought they would have sorted it out lol
I guess I will contact them directly - would you know the best way of contact? Calling the number or messenger should work?
