TSA Oxford Exam Booking Issues

My candidate centre has told me that my course (VQ51) Philosophy and Linguistics isn't coming up as an option when booking my TSA exam, but they told me I should figure it out as they don't have time to chase it up.
What do I do? Why won't my course show up?

Email or call the department asap - email addresses and phone numbers are available on the course page on the Oxford website. They are most likely to be able to help you.

Hi,

My centre has registered me for the TSA. On the Oxford website, it says that we should get given a 'candidate entry number' when we get registered. I asked my centre whether they could tell me what this was, but they just gave me the candidate number that I've always used for my GCSEs etc.

Is this what it means by 'candidate entry number' on the website, or are we supposed to have a different one specifically for the TSA?
