When did my course finish?
I was on a university course that I unfortunately didn't get enough credits to continue so I was given a an award with the modules I earned. The date on the award is August. Should it tell the council it was that date the course finished?

Yes, when you are awarded the degree will be the official time that your course ends, and you stop being a student.
