HMRC Citizen not found Exception
Could someone please tell me what this means??
My stepdads NI number was used by someone else, but has since sent all the relevant documents required, his accounts his NI number on P60 etc etc, i have had an email to say all has been received but my account is still "in process"... I started University 2 weeks ago now, i have tried live chat but there is never an advisor available and when i call, they can never tell me anything.. Is there someone that can help me?
