Secondary School Grades on UCAS

Hello!
I'm a secondary school student applying internationally to UK universities through UCAS this year.
I was wondering, for the "Education" section, do I need to list all my secondary school grades, e.g. getting an A in semester 1 of 9th grade math, for instance? Or, do I just submit standardized test scores (e.g. AP scores)?
I know that we need to send ALL qualifications to UCAS so I was just a bit worried.
Thank you so much.

you just list external, standardised exams. Internal school exams and grades you don’t put on ucas
