Being treated differently by accessor during assessment centre
Hi, is it normal to be treated differently during an assessment center (group discussion)? I (Asian) am recently applying for a graduate scheme and I have been actively engaging in the discussion, providing critical calculation results when no one was talking. I was interrupted several times by the accessor who then started to pick others to answer the question. And every time I started talking my accessor started frowning. When other ppl (white) started to talk my accessor smiled the entire time despite the wrong calculations.
I was only asked one question at the very last while other candidates were given 3-5 questions.
Am I being too sensitive? Or was it discrimination?
