How much does university reputation really matter law?

Okay, so it's obvious that there is a hierarchy:
Oxbridge
UCL + LSE + KCL
Warwick, Durham, Manchester, Nottingham, Bristol
Other RG unis

My question is to what extent it matters outside of the top 5; I am considering going to both Bristol and Sheffield and was wondering whether choosing Sheffield would hinder my graduate prospects in comparison to Bristol assuming I was able to graduate with a similar degree classification

It will make zero difference. Most recruiters won’t even know that Bristol is usually ranked a bit higher than Sheffield so why would it make a difference. They are both old established unis so they won’t care even if they did happen to look at the rankings.
