Will insurance premiums by any chance go down if I...

So I have passed my driving test this past may and haven't bought a car yet as the insurance premiums are extremely high, so I was wondering whether the premiums will go down a bit after 5 months of passing without driving or owning a car yet. I'm 21 by the way. Thanks in advance
No I wouldn't think so, they tend to think in terms of years.

I doubt it.
The best way to make your premiums go down is to gain no claims bonus. After a years no claims bonus your insurance will start to go down nicely.
When you get to 25, that might help as well.
for me it did. when I passed I had to pay £3000 with admiral (black box), 3 months later I was bored so i re-did quotes and i managed to get a quote with admiral for £1900 (no black box)

its very weird tbh lol
