How much ejaculate is normal
whenever i masturbate or have sex i seem to ejaculate alot more then i would consider average sometimes to the point were its so much that it leaves me in minor pain.not sure if this is caused by it but i dont know. defiedently not just my imagination ive had many comments on it from partners and filled very close up to half a cup on a time with that seemingly on the average? is this bad? what do i do

How big is your "cup"? 140ml? 200ml? 250ml?

if ml stands for millileter then its saying half a cup is 119ml roughly and i dont get quite there. think probably 70ish so idk.but the amount is while still a issue. im more worried on 1.if it will effect my "personal" life and 2.about the pain somtimes

the pain is normally right were the sack and uh "neck?" meet normally its minor but a few times its been rather sharp
im just worried if this is a warning sighn or could develop.should probably visit a doctor and not randos on internet but idk.
as for sex life i just want to know if this is a sighn of something wrong like could this mean a disease and i have donated sperm before for extra money (this is pre this problem) and plan to continue this at somepoint as it has helped me get through rent and such.
