Reference for UCAS HELPPP ASAP

Hi, can I use my private tutor as a referee for my UCAS application? The private tutor is a qualified teacher working at a school Even though I attend a school can I use my private tutor because I have recently transferred schools as I did GCSEs in a different school and feel like my tutor who has helped me since year 7 knows more about me.Would there be any problem.

Is it any problem??? I don't want her getting in trouble or anything.

I am not a UCAS expert, but afaik, that would be fine. Mature applicants use an emplyer or tutor, so should be fine
