adult 18/contracts
Doing public law and contract law atm
Anyway somethings popped up, bit confused
We were told because you turn an adult at 18, majority of legal are 18yrs+
Contracts your not supposed to sign until 18yrs+
now it was 21 (but changed in 1969)
Rooney signed a contract (legal) when he was 15yrs old, now I and others on my course thought that was not allowed and should be or could be void.
Thoughts anyone? Ive asked my tutor, I will ask again monday
