How to do Higher English speaking assessment when I don't know anyone.

How am I supposed to do the Higher English speaking assessment when everyone in the English class does not like me (rules out presentation) and I haven't got any friends (rules out group discussion)?

Any advice for getting through it or just anything really to help would be appreciated.

Sorry that this is a bad question and I am aware that I have made the problems myself.
