1st year med student suspended for the second time

hiii so i started at a med school in uk in sep 2022 but due to rather bad depression i was suspended temporarily after a few months, to restart first year in 2023. i found it hella unfair how the uni just suspended me without any kind of support or anything so i started first year medicine at ANOTHER uni this september. however, i told them about my mental health issues but that i was getting better and this new uni suspended me just a few days ago😭 ive acc lost my mind because the exact same thing has happened twice and it looks like ill be a first year for three years- i dont know whether to just give up with medicine atp because the course is so hard and im struggling so bad to study and i feel like somehow ill get kicked out again. i have no clue what to do with my life but so far ive just been on a self destructive spiral bc im losing my will to live👹 any advice would be appreciated!
