Chem/physics or psych

I was planning on doing something in economics and was planning to take SL physics and German. But for my 3rd SL I can’t decide whether I should take psych or chem. I’m not really interested in chem but I wonder about taking both psych and Econ. Any ideas?
As in that they would clash? I advise against taking a subject you aren't interested in unless you need it.

Unis will usually only specify HL subjects - or the obvious subject at SL like English and Maths - they are usually not that fussed what you do for SL 'extra subjects' so just pick what you will enjoy studying.

Examples for Economics :
Bath - 36 points overall and 7, 6, 6 in three Higher Level subjects including either HL Mathematics course.
Lancaster - 35 points overall with 16 points from 3 HL subjects including 6 in HL Mathematics (either analysis and approaches or applications and interpretations)
Southampton - 34 points overall with 17 at Higher Level, including 5 points from HL Mathematics (Analysis and Approaches or Applications and Interpretation)
Reading - 32 points overall, including 5 in SL Maths
