I feel depressed all time

Hi, guys there’s a lot I need to talk about. However I will just mention the main issue. Please reply if you read.
My sister didn’t want me to study medicine abroad but my parents never give value to whatever she says. But my parents can do anything for my eldest sister so what she did that she manipulated my eldest sister that I taunt her (as she isn’t well qualified) and I make her jealous that I’m smart so that my parents wl be against me and that’s what happened.

They all just wasted so much of my time and my dad is so much against me now. Not only this I lost my medicine offer that i worked so hard for just Bcz of this all. I just feel extremely depressed and cant get out if my head everything that happened.
